Gary Augustine Warren is a Bodywork and Exercise Specialist. In bodywork, he is a Oklahoma Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Muscle Activation Techniques® (MAT®) Student. In exercise mechanics and training, he is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction (CSCS,*D), as well as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) | NSCA-CPT,*D - Personal Trainer with Distinction. His Endurance Athletics coaching qualifications come from USA Track & Field (USATF) as a Level 1 Certified Coach and Dr. Jack Daniel's VDOT O2 Distance Running. He is also certified from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS).
He had the honor to begin his career working in 3 collegiate wellness/sports settings, (California State University-Long Beach, UCLA, and the University of Oklahoma). From there, he moved into the private sector and currently operates at the Norman Regional Hospital's Health Club in Brookhaven. His training focus is in designing and implementing safe, progressive, and effective fitness programs. Emphasis on program design is based on an individual's CURRENT health, physical abilities and realistically achievable goals. Gary also holds bodywork and exercise science degrees from Heritage College and the University of Oklahoma.

2. Acquire a total of 10 CEUs (100 contact hours) in NSCA activities.
