Hi guys! Some of you may or may not know that I've partnered up with Sweat Is Free to bring you some healthy tailgate recipe ideas for this years football season🏈!

This week, I'm bringing you one of my favorite things in life- a goat cheese bruschetta flat bread! I didn't want to complicate things with college games in full swing and tonight's kickoff game in effect, so I simplified things in order to enjoy the festivities. Normally, I'm a from scratch girl, but with the help of flatout bread and their Rosemary olive oil flatbread, I'm bringing you a super easy app/snack that you and your guests will love without any fuss! (We can save fuss for later!).

Believe it or not, this whole goat cheese bruschetta flatbread, has a great macro profile. This guilt free treat comes in with:

10g  Protein
33g   Carbohydrates
6g     Fat
238  Calories!!! (TOTAL!) 

Whether you are trying to gain/maintain/lose weight, this is a great game day indulgence that won't sabotage your goals. *If you are gluten free, duplicate recipe and swap flatbread with a brown rice tortilla or a paleo/grain free bread of choice...I don't want you to miss out! You deserve food fun too!!


Goat Cheese Bruschetta Flatbread

1 Flatout Flatbread

5 Grape Tomatoes

5-10 Basil Leaves

2 Tbsp Fini Balsamic Glaze

3-4 Garlic Cloves

1.5 Goat Cheese Medallions

Salt to Taste
