Nothing replaces one-on-one assessment. You are only as strong as your weakest link. Addressing the weaknesses in the body will allow for better performance, while making exercise a challenge without being painful.  At that point, the next step is to work strategically towards an individual's realistic goal(s).

WHAT MAKES PERSONAL TRAINING, PERSONAL?

This is usually better known as 1-on-1 training or PERSONAL training. I am firm believer that the idea of personal TRAINING online, though well meaning, is not an accurate description of the online service. One cannot assess nor address vital factors such as range of motion, bone length, etc. online.

In terms of the issues that are one-on-one, help in finding one for you can be achieved as well. The KEY to your long-term success is finding what course of action is going to be safe and effective for your needs.
