The time has arrived!
2017 marks the second year of the USA TODAY Sports Active Alliance's tour. The tour is a robust network of the finest full and half marathons across America. From this point forward, there are events on the calendar between April to December. The first begins this weekend in Oakland, California (The Oakland Running Festival). Geographically, there are events across the country (with a few kilometers in Canada too -- Hello Detroit). 🙂 I've broken it down into 4 geographic areas below,
Oklahoma City Memorial
South Padre Island
California International (Sacramento)
Oakland Running Festival
Orange County (Los Angeles Area)
Writing about the tour again is bringing back exciting memories of the stops I had the honor of being a part of last year - OKC Memorial Expo, Orange County (via booth at the Long Beach Marathon Expo), Indianapolis Monumental, and South Padre Island.
There are a total of 16 events on the tour. I'm looking forward to my debut with the tour at the Oklahoma City Memorial. Make sure to come and visit the USATSAA booth at all the tour stops! It will be located at the official expo of each event. The chronological order of the tour with descriptions can be found directly below. Be sure to read them carefully as you will find DISCOUNT CODES in some of the event descriptions. I hope we will see you at one of our events this year!
